Outdoor or In-Home Session?

I have been asked many times throughout the years: “do you have a studio?” and honestly in almost 7 years I’ve been tempted many times hehe. I truly love to do indoor sessions at my clients homes because there is just another intimate and personal feeling to them. I also LOVEEEEE outdoor session because nature just speaks to me so much and I love incorporating it into the images of my client.

That said, hether you choose an in-home or outdoor session depends on your personal preferences and the look YOU’RE going for.

**In-home sessions** offer a more intimate and personal experience. You can relax in your own space and be yourself. You can also choose to include your partner or other family members in your photos. In-home sessions are also a good option if you're on a budget, as you won't have to travel to a studio or pay for location fees.

**Outdoor sessions** offer a more natural and relaxed feel. You can choose from a variety of locations, such as a park, beach, or forest. Outdoor sessions are also a good option if you're looking for more creative photos.

No matter what you choose, make sure to book your session with a professional photographer who has experience with either type of sessions. They will be able to help you create beautiful photos that you'll cherish for years to come.

Here are some additional things to consider when choosing between an in-home and outdoor maternity session:

**In-home sessions**

* Pros:

* More intimate and personal experience

* Relaxing and comfortable setting

* Can include partner or family members

* Often more affordable

* Cons:

* Limited location options

* May be more difficult to control lighting

* May be more difficult to get creative shots

**Outdoor sessions**

* Pros:

* More natural and relaxed feel

* Variety of location options

* More creative opportunities

* Often more scenic

* Cons:

* Weather can be unpredictable

* May be more difficult to control lighting

* May be more difficult to get intimate shots

Ultimately, the best type of session is the one that you feel most comfortable with and that best suits your needs and preferences.
